Cancellation policy
Our aim is to offer our clients a first class service along with exceptional customer care. To maintain these standards we would like to remind you of the following points, relating to cancellations at last minute appointment changes.
- The Salon is a very busy establishment, for us to run our business efficiently and cost effectively we have a cancellation policy in place.
- Many clients book their appointments in advance and our weekends and late night appointments go very very quickly.
- If a client wants to cancel or move their appointment last minute it does not give The Salon enough time to offer that appointment to another client.
- In many cases we have turned people away because we were fully booking. This leads to members of staff being non productive when they could be doing another clients hair.
So with this in mind please give us as much notice as possible when changing or cancelling your appointment.
A minimum of 24 hours notice must be given when cancelling an appointment. Otherwise 50% of the service charge will be charged
